Our Policy:
Missed Appointments
Please honor your appointment time.
A no-show will incur a 50% rebooking fee for your next appointment.
Cancellation and Late Policy
We request at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. If you’re late or unable to come, please let us know as soon as possible. Arrivals over 5 minutes late may lead to cancellation, and a rebooking deposit of 50% will be required.
Refusal of Procedure
We may refuse service if a client is deem unfit for safety reasons.
