MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Please remember and respect the appointment time.

If you are a “no show” you will be required to pay a deposit in order to reschedule. If you are a “no show” after rescheduling we reserve the right to retain deposits.

CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY

As a small business, part of our success depends on a mutual respect of time. We require at least 24 hours of notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

If you are going to be late, or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Clients who arrive more then 15 minutes late may result in a cancellation of your appointment and may be required to pay rebooking deposit.

REFUSAL OF PROCEDURE

We have a right to refuse performing procedures on any client that we deem unfit for undergoing any of our services for safety reasons.
